Esther did not have a traditional birthday this year. First her birthday was delayed due to a medical emergency with Grandma Pat. Then we had trouble finding a good time to have a party. Fortunately we took her to a restuarant close to her birthday. She received an MP3 player, but it didn't work well so we returned it to the store and she received an iPod instead. Of course she loved it.      Later, we let Esther have a sleepover with her friends. They had facials, got their hair done, dressed alike, and had a blast.
